About

Catherine Currey, a Washington, D.C. native brings an extensive array of skill sets from both the East and West Coast. In 1996, Catherine began her career as a real estate investor while simultaneously working at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a marketing consultant. In 2001, Catherine moved to Los Angeles, where she would discover a continuing passion for design and real estate development. While pursuing real estate full time, Catherine realized there was a huge demand for a high quality boutique design, real estate and construction firm. Intuitive Inc. was created, a full service group that assists in the purchase, construction management, design, move and sale of real estate. In 2019, Catherine relocated from Los Angeles back to Washington, D.C. Catherine's unique areas of expertise and professions from property developer, real estate agent, designer and marketer connect her clients with an intimate view of every detail involved in designing, building, acquiring, selling and moving a property.

Catherine began her career in design as a real estate investor, flipping single family homes, condominiums and building from the ground up. Catherine, is best known for her modern-classic style — an imaginative blend of color, pattern and texture combined with low-key and elegant pieces. Her fresh enthusiasm brings a youthful, West coast flair and classic East coast taste to every project. Her vast access to many vendors and contractors allow her to provide her clients with thourough, detailed and expeditious service.
